Ingredients:
Tea - Ceylon Orange Pekoe Black Tea
Star Anise - Helps treat digestive ailments such as bloating, gas, indigestion and constipation.
Cinnamon Chips - Anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, supports gut health, beneficial for aging brain and supports gut health.
Ginger Root - Soothes digestive issues, eases nausea and calms headaches and migraines.
Fennel Seeds - May aid healthy digestion, and treat bloating, gas, or cramps, and may also act as a diuretic.
Cardamom - May aid weight loss, boosts the immune system, lowers blood pressure, treats bad breath and cavities.
Cloves - Contains antioxidants that help in fighting free radical damage to the body and boost our immune system.

Usage Directions:
5g tea : 250ml water | 250ml milk
Simmer tea in water for 4- 5 minutes.
Add milk or milk alternative.
Continue to simmer for 2 minutes.
Strain into cup and add sweeter of your choice.
