Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Making sure you’re happy with our products, is one of our biggest priorities. If you are having any issues, we are here to help!
If any issues or concerns arise, please get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be more than happy to assist you. Please quote your name and order number in your communications.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase/delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds/credit are granted (if applicable) such as products with obvious signs of use or that have been opened, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase/delivery (unless previously authorised).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Typically refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale products (if applicable)
Only regular priced products may be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be returned or refunded (unless damaged or faulty).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace defective or damaged products. If you have changed your mind about your products, or received them as an unnecessary/unwanted gift, we can exchange for a store credit.

The shipping costs for returns in the buyer’s responsible. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning products, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you return is lost in transit, it will be the responsibility of the freight company to organise your compensation payment if you organised shipping insurance.
